Add SuperBot to your BigCommerce store

Getting Started

Step 1: Create a SuperBot Account

Sign up for a SuperBot account to get your API credentials and embed code.

Step 2: Access Script Manager

In your BigCommerce admin, navigate to Storefront → Script Manager. Click "Create a Script".

Step 3: Add SuperBot Script

Name your script "SuperBot Chat Widget", set location to "Footer", select "All pages", and paste your SuperBot embed code.

Step 4: Configure and Launch

Save the script and visit your store to see the SuperBot widget. Customize appearance and train your AI from the dashboard.
