Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Prorated charges apply to upgrades. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. Upgrade to Starter or Pro whenever you're ready — billed monthly or yearly, and you can cancel any time.

What counts as a 'conversation'?

A conversation is one continuous thread between a visitor and SuperBot across any channel, including any human replies. Resolved and abandoned threads both count.

Are there per-seat or per-agent fees?

No. Your entire team is included on every plan. We don't bill per agent, per channel, or per action.

What happens if I exceed my plan's conversations?

We send a heads-up at 80% of your limit and another at 100%. Conversations over the limit pause the AI agent and queue replies for human handling — we never silently overcharge you.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes. Yearly billing saves 20% on Starter and Pro. Custom enterprise contracts are available for high-volume deployments.

Is there a non-profit or startup discount?
